This is the place to post the list of things we're going to need for our property project. From power to water & mowing the grass this is where we need your input! If you think we need a shovel, put down a shovel! If you don't have a shovel that's fine! If you are the guy with the shovel, let us know you have the shovel to donate!

Maybe a motorized compactor? We'll definitely want signs by the entrance(s) sign posts for parking, parking and no parking signs... man this is getting crazy! But WORTH it!

Maybe we should think about who the track is going to be catering to for when it comes time to actually design and build it. Are you all thinking something for mostly 10th scale 2wd that can't really clear the big jumps, or catering more to the fast nitro/mod buggy crowd that can clear the huge doubles? I do like (THIS) setup, scaled down slightly for the 10th scale guys. Possibly turn the doubles by the pits into quads to cater to everybody. The faster rigs can double them while the stock classes or 10th scales can still get through them evenly. Anyways, if you do end up watching a bit of that video it should give you a good idea why I like nitro so much, the idea of at least a 30 minute A Main to end a summer of racing that makes you be strategic with your pit stops and everything else seems pretty bad ass to me.

I would like to have a few people representing the different classes form a committee for track design. Our first few weeks out there will probably just be a quick & dirty to have some fun while we design and start the building of an actual groomed track.
It is my opinion that we should maintain 10ft wide lanes minimum at the narrowest to accomidate the larger scales. I do believe that 10ft lanes should allow good fun, good racing for gas, nitro and electric. Beyond the 10ft lanes, I'm open to anything & would like to see those of you who do well with track design take it from there.
We can all help build it of course, but we'll need a few key people to handle the design.
